The floorplan you are about to access is live and gets viewed by dozens of potential exhibitors every day. However, we do not update it every day. As such, some booth spaces that appear as being available now may have already been requested by another company.
So if you are submitting an Exhibitor Application, please provide us with your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd booth choices and we will do our best to get you one of them, or something close to them.

Thanks for your interest in exhibiting at TheFitExpo Los Angeles. As a large, consumer-based event that also attracts significant numbers of industry influencers (trainers, instructors, club owners, managers, retail store buyers and even distributors), the Expo is definitely one of the most cost effective ways to reach the lucrative Southern California health and fitness market.
And whether you’re a start-up that’s just launching your company or an established entity introducing new products, conducting market research, gathering data or looking to grow market share, the Expo provides a unique opportunity to sample, sell, meet and network with all of them in one place, on one weekend, thereby increasing the potential return on exhibiting (ROE) and making it a valuable part of your overall marketing plan.
As with all of our Expos, the L.A. show includes amazing fitness, physique, martial arts, and strength contests with attendees getting to watch world-class figure, physique, bodybuilding, jiu jitsu, powerlifting, strongman, arm wrestling, jump rope, weightlifting, functional fitness and calisthenics contests.
In addition, there are demonstrations of new popular fitness trends like Parkour, Grid, Ninja Warrior, Slackline and dodgeball, fitness fashion shows, a group exercise program featuring some of the most popular classes and top instructors, hundreds of celebrity athlete appearances, and our popular “Healthy Eating Pavilion” featuring cooking demonstrations, recipe makeovers and plenty of sampling.
But the hallmark of this incredible event has to be our 60,000 attendees. They’re an exhibitor’s dream: engaged, knowledgeable and interested in learning how your products and services can benefit them and why they’re superior to other companies’ offerings. For quantity and quality of leads, and unlimited sales and networking opportunities in the most important fitness market in the country, this is the show to be at!
All exhibit booths are 10’ x 10’ in size and exhibitors can purchase multiple booths in almost any configuration they desire.
Inline spaces are priced at $2,200 for the weekend and corner spaces at $2,400. For those just starting out or on a limited budget, we also offer the opportunity to “share” a booth and cut the cost in half. If you’re interested in this option, send me an email and I’ll provide the details.
We require a minimum deposit of 50% at the time you register with the balance due no later than 60 days prior to the start of the Expo.
We also offer a “multi-show” discount of 5% if you exhibit at any 2 of our shows in a 12-month period, and it jumps up to 10% if you exhibit at any 3 or all 5 of them.
The live floor plan shows which exhibit booths are still available as well as where other companies and performance areas are located. It will give you the ability to select your top 3 choices for your booth location when submitting your Exhibitor Contract.
But even with more than 750 booth spaces, we encourage you to submit your Exhibitor Contract soon, as well over half of them have already been reserved by returning exhibitors and last year’s show sold out almost 2 months in advance.
