TheFitExpo Group Training Zone Stage features workout sessions, demos and contests for FitExpo attendees. The stage will feature fitness celebrities and popular fitness brands such as POUND Rockout.Workout.®, R.I.P.P.E.D. One Stop Bodyshock®, COED Crunch, Gator Fitness, GROOV3™,FLYGIRL Fitness, Xpole, Fight or Flight, Live Better Yoga and PlyoJam®. It will also feature some new technologically savvy brands like Action House, PONG and EB30X. We will give away over $500 a day in prizes and cash. This is your chance to see what X-Pole is all about at the Group Training Zone Stage when the team does a demo of the exciting exercises you can do on the pole. Then, experience X-Pole yourself when you jump in to the Get Strong Challenge. The X-Pole is the final station in the challenge and all participants will climb up the pole to complete the challenge.

Get Strong at TheFitExpo with Chris Ryan and Wes Okerson from NBC's Strong. Flex your muscles and show us what you got in their fitness obstacle course similar to the challenges on their 2016 show. Sign up now and pick a team when you arrive! Team Orange with Chris or Team Gray with Wes. There will be a $50 cash prize for men and women. WOW the Crowd
WOW the Crowd Instructor Challenge: Join GROOV3 innovator Ben Allen, FlyGirl Dance and Fitness Kymberlee Raya, WERQ Fitness Haley Stone and the hottest local dance fitness groups for a fitness jam at the stage in the Group Training Zone. From Latin to Urban Hip Hop, Jazzercise to Dancehall, the search is on to find the most Dynamic, Entertaining and Fierce fitness instructor. Happening on Saturday, May 6th at 4:30pm, GROOV3 is on a mission to expose the most talented dance fitness instructors on the scene by giving them on opportunity to shine in front of a live audience. Each instructor will have 5 minutes to WOW THE CROWD with their personality, charisma, and talent by leading the crowd in their favorite style. In the end, the audience will vote on who they believe is the “best in the business” and 1 winner will be crowned. Come back on Sunday at 4:30 for the big dance Finale lead by Saturday’s crowned Champion.
