During this time Billy Blanks realizes that a lot of people may be stressed- whether that be from unemployment, not being able to see friends or having loved ones affected by this coronavirus. As a result, he created this 10 minute workout to combat those negative thoughts/feelings. Billy always says, “The most effective way I learned on how to release stress is by living in the present while working out.. how do you live in the present? You got to count! One of the most powerful things in the world is your voice. Take your voice along with your body; that’s why counting is so important with all my videos.
