Ticket information for TheFitExpo San Jose
Your ticket includes admission into the giant exhibition floor filled with cutting edge companies displaying, promoting and selling fitness, health and well-being products and services. Your admission ticket also includes FREE admission to view ALL competitions taking place on TheFitExpo floor except the San Jose Bodybuilding Championships which will require a separate ticket. Don’t forget to check out the FREE seminars, demonstrations and celebrity autograph sessions and grab all the FREE samples. Many of our exhibitors are offering super-cool products at discounted prices so be prepared for the shopping action. It’s non-stop fun for the entire family and it is ONLY $25 a day or $40 for both days!
When you order in advance you print your ticket out at home and bring it with you and come to the ADVANCE TICKET booth at registration and we will scan your ticket(s) and get you set to enter TheFitExpo.
We advise you not to purchase from unauthorized ticket sellers (scalpers outside of the Expo hall) or accept any coupons given nor sold to you onsite by any persons as these will not be accepted and will not be refunded. We are working closely with local police departments who will be on site and in the areas adjacent to the convention center. So please help us and report any scalpers you see or get approached by.

Kids tickets, 7 to 12, will be $10 a day at the door only. Kids, 6 and under, are FREE.

DIGITAL COUPONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR. ALL COUPONS MUST BE PRINTED OUT AND PRINTED COUPONS ARE VALID AT THE DOOR AFTER PROMO CODE EXPIRATION.
Common questions for ticketing issues
Why didn’t I receive my ticket?ANSWER
All tickets are emailed to you right after your transaction is processed. Please be sure to check your spam folder and keep an eye out for an email from SquadUp containing your tickets to TheFitExpo.
I entered the wrong email address and never got my tickets. What do I do?ANSWER
Please email Tickets@TheFitExpo.com and let them know the name and email address used during checkout, and the correct email address it should be.
Why can’t I purchase tickets?ANSWER
Please make sure your credit card address matches exactly as it does on your billing statement. You will also be asked to confirm your email address at the time of registration to ensure a valid email address is entered.
I bought a Saturday ticket but want to switch it to Sunday. Can I do that?ANSWER
Yes, we allow you to use your daily tickets for either day. Just note that once it is scanned at the Expo, it will be invalid for the other day.
I bought a ticket but cannot make it to the Expo. Can my friend use my ticket?ANSWER
Yes, the name on the ticket doesn’t matter so we welcome you to gift the ticket to a friend if you cannot attend.
I bought a ticket but cannot make it to the Expo. Can I get a refund?ANSWER
We have a strict no refunds policy so please be sure before you purchase your tickets.
Do I have to print my tickets or can I show it on my phone?ANSWER
We require all attendees to print out their tickets as we do not accept mobile tickets at the door. If you do not have access to a printer, we recommend you go to your local library or print it at work.

ONCE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE AMOUNT SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THE PURCHASED TICKET(S) IS/ARE USED.
Code of Conduct
Welcome to TheFitExpo. All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our Expo are required to agree with the following Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our Expo guests, please respect the following rules:
- All persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening/security checks within our Expo and at entrances to the convention centers and exhibit halls.
- We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other item to be brought into our Expo, and to deal with unattended object in such way as we consider appropriate.
- Attendees and Exhibitors must wear their ticketed wristbands while walking the show floor at any point of the weekend. Anyone found without a wristband on their wrist may be asked to leave and purchase a new one.
- Please show common courtesy to fellow Expo guests and our staff by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running.
- For the comfort of all guests, smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor or smoke are not allowed.
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. Sponsors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately. Conference staff can be identified as they’ll be wearing branded clothing and/or badges.
Expo staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. We value your attendance.
We expect participants to follow these rules at conference and workshop venues and conference-related social events.

Service animals are working animals trained to perform tasks for the benefit of individuals with physical or mental disabilities such as guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, alerting and protecting people prone to seizures, or other tasks directly related to a disability.
Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the Expo and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.
- We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Expo, without refund, liability or compensation if we consider the circumstances so require.
