Jenny is a full-time working mother of 2 young boys, wife, former personal trainer, and current fitness enthusiast. She began sharing quick at-home functional workouts and fitness tips for other busy moms a little over 3 years ago. Since she began sharing via social media, she realized that she had a gift teaching functional fitness classes virtually. Now, Jenny owns her own website and app where she trains men and women all over the world. Get Salty focuses on 6 elements of fitness: Strength, power, agility, muscular endurance, balance, and flexibility. She continues to work her amazing medical sales job while delivering a robust app-based training program with multiple brand new full-length sessions dropping every week. Jenny’s primary goal is to teach fitness through balance, moderation, purposeful training, grace, and personal acceptance. ​Jenny will be featured in the GTZ both Saturday and Sunday TBD.
