Name Your Workout

This simple workout plan is a great way to mix up your exercises! For each letter of your name, complete the exercise that is assigned. Repeat as many times as you like until you feel the burn! Then, switch things up! Try longer words or harder letters. Have fun with it! You can do all of these exercises without any equipment and still get a good sweat in.

A – 30 second plank
B – 10 jumping jack
C – 5 squats
D – 5 pushups
E – 10 lunges
F – 10 crunches
G – 5 donkey kicks, each leg
H – 20 second superman
I – 30 second wall sit
J – 20 second arm circles
K – 5 calf raises
L – 1 minute flutter kick
M – 25 Russian twists
N – 10 sit ups
O – 30 second bridge
P – 30 second side plank
Q – 1 minute plank
R – 10 hip raises
S – 5 burpees
T – 20 bicycles
U – 10 tuck jumps
V – 30 second mountain climber
W – 10 plank to pushup
X – 30 crunches
Y – 15 jumping jacks
Z – 30 second superman
