WHAT TO EXPECT
We will pair up 2 competitors in a 10-minute timed battle showcasing the preparation-presentation of their favorite healthy guacamole recipes incorporating as an ingredient ISOPURE’s Zero Carb Protein Powder (unflavored). Between these 2 dishes, the judges will determine the winner of the first round, based on criteria below. The next pair of competitors will then come out and compete for the winner of that round. The FINAL WINNER will then be determined, tie broken by host.
JUDGING CRITERIA
Each entry will be judged on three key evaluation criteria: TASTE, PRESENTATION/APPEARANCE & RECIPE INNOVATION. The judges will give a score out of ten for each criterion, 1 being inedible, 10 being excellent.
TASTE: Whose final product was the most flavorful and best tasting
APPEARANCE/PRESENTATION: Creativity of how dish was plated, and presented to scoring judges
RECIPE INNOVATION: Uniqueness of recipe and use of ingredients
WHAT TO BRING
Here is a short list of what you will need to bring and, what we will have available for you:
- Bring your own avocados & all your necessary ingredients
- Plate/bowl or other vessel for final presentation to judge

- We will provide the ISOPURE Protein Powder
- We will supply medium sized “Molajete” mortar & pestle for mixing
