Your ticket includes admission into the giant exhibition floor filled with cutting edge companies displaying, promoting and selling fitness, health and well-being products and services. Your admission ticket also includes FREE admission to view ALL competitions taking place on TheFitExpo Anaheim exhibit floor! Don’t forget to check out the FREE seminars, demonstrations and celebrity autograph sessions and grab all the FREE samples. Many of our exhibitors are offering great new products at discounted prices so be prepared for the shopping action.

We advise you not to purchase from unauthorized ticket sellers (scalpers outside of the Expo hall) or accept any coupons given nor sold to you onsite by any persons as these will not be accepted and will not be refunded. We are working closely with local police departments who will be on site and in the areas adjacent to the convention center. So please help us and report any scalpers you see or get approached by.

Kids tickets, 7 to 12, will be $10 a day at the door only. Kids, 6 and under, are FREE.

Why can’t I purchase tickets?ANSWER

Please make sure your credit card address matches the exact address on your billing statement.

I bought a ticket but cannot make it to the Expo. Can I get a refund?ANSWER

We have a strict no refunds policy.

Code of Conduct

Welcome to TheFitExpo. All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our Expo are required to agree with the following Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our Expo guests, please respect the following rules:

  • All persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening/security checks within our Expo and at entrances to the convention centers and exhibit halls.
  • We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other item to be brought into our Expo, and to deal with unattended object in such way as we consider appropriate.
  • Attendees and Exhibitors must wear their ticketed wristbands while walking the show floor at any point of the weekend. Anyone found without a wristband on their wrist may be asked to leave and purchase a new one.
  • Please show common courtesy to fellow Expo guests and our staff by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running.
  • For the comfort of all guests, smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce a vapor or smoke are not allowed.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. Sponsors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately. Conference staff can be identified as they’ll be wearing branded clothing and/or badges.

Expo staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. We value your attendance.

We expect participants to follow these rules at conference and workshop venues and conference-related social events.

Pet Policy

Sorry, no pets allowed, service animals only. Thank you for understanding!

Service animals are working animals trained to perform tasks for the benefit of individuals with physical or mental disabilities such as guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, alerting and protecting people prone to seizures, or other tasks directly related to a disability.

Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Company Rights

  • We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the Expo and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.
  • We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Expo, without refund, liability or compensation if we consider the circumstances so require.
  • Event and Expo rules are subject to change without notice.

Disease and Illness Disclaimer

By using your admission pass, you recognize that disease and illness, including, but not limited to, the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the common cold, may be spread through interaction with other people. TheFitExpo events may be attended by many people. If you do attend, you agree that you will take all possible steps to protect your health and the health of others attending the event. You further agree that, by using an admission pass and attending, you thereby waive any claim of liability you might make against National Fitness Productions, TheFitExpo or its officers, directors, employees and agents as a result of your contracting disease or illness from attending one of our events, and you agree that you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless National Fitness Productions, TheFitExpo. and its officers, directors, employees and agents against any loss that any of them may suffer or be obligated to pay as a result of any claim that may be made against any of them by others, as a result of your attending the event, including, but not limited to, legal damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. If you are unsure of your status, please consult with your doctor before attending. You further agree that should National Fitness Productions, TheFitExpo in its sole opinion believe that you may pose a threat to the health of others, it may deny you admission or request that you leave the event and that you understand and accept all risks that your attendance may encounter.
