Born and raised in Mexico, bilingual (English & Spanish). I’ve been a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer for over 20 years, Zumba Education Specialist (ZES) for over 14 years, Strong Nation Master Trainer and AFAA Master Instructor.
Spinning Instructor STAR 3 since 2000, Zumba instructor since 2006, Aquatics Professional since 2012, Strong Nation Instructor since 2016, Equinox Elite Group Fitness Instructor since 2016. I have certified and trained thousands of instructors from all over the world.
International Fitness presenter at different Fitness Conventions all over the world such as IDEA, The FitExpo, Zumba Convention, IHRSA (USA, Mex, Brasil), Empower, AEA (Aquatics Exercise Association), AAAI/ISMA (American Aerobic Association International and International Sports Medicine Association), SCW Fitness and more.
I’ve worked closely with Celebrities such as Mario Lopez (Actor), Michelle Lewin (Fitness Celebrity), Jeanette Jenkins (Celebrity Trainer) and Content Creator for different fitness brands such as Zumba, Strong Nation, Beachbody & Lifefitness.
