As a Zumba® Educational Specialist & Master Trainer, CPT and GXI, I am so excited to share this site with you! Here you will find all of my instructor trainings, personal training, small group training and lifestyle links. As a fitness professional, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle, and help those who are just starting out in their fitness careers or for seasoned professionals, help build their knowledge base.
