Meet Lauren Hastings, Master Trainer  for WARRIOR Rhythm. She is an elementary school teacher by trade as well as a group exercise instructor. Lauren has taught group fitness since 2016 and recently became a Master Trainer for WARRIOR Rhythm and WARRIOR Strength. She is certified by AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor and a Registered Yoga Teacher 200. Other specialty certifications include WARRIOR Rhythm, WARRIOR Strength, WARRIOR Combat, and Yoga. Lauren will lead a WARRIOR Rhythm Class in the GTZ along with Co-Presenter Mariah LaMattina. WARRIOR Rhythm is a fitness-focused mat workout with yoga undertones. This work out increases strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s yoga + weights + HIIT + mindfulness rolled into one insanely rhythmic experience!
