As a Strong Nation Master Trainer, Strong Tech, convention presenter and instructor, she has blended her passion for fitness while connecting with people from all over the world. The Strong Nation program showcases the perfect combination of power, execution, and strength in perfect sync with the music. The beat is what guides us through each rep.
