This practice, often termed ‘room poaching,’ is carried out by third-party companies — unaffiliated with TheFitExpo — that act as various agencies or services in order to solicit attendees and/or exhibitors for room reservations. These individuals may often misrepresent themselves as the event’s official housing provider, and contact registrants and exhibitors with discounted offers for housing. You can view a list of these companies HERE. By establishing our event’s own hotel room block, we guarantee that rooms not only meet our standards, but are also offered at a reduced price. Moreover, room poachers are typically part of a scam: rooms are often nonexistent, in a different hotel location, or sometimes even incur hefty cancellation charges on guests’ credit cards.

Parking at the San Jose Convention Center is dependent on the event happening at the Center and the specific parking location should be communicated by show management prior to the event
Your ticket includes admission into the giant exhibition floor filled with cutting edge companies displaying, promoting and selling fitness, health and well-being products and services. Your admission ticket also includes FREE admission to view ALL competitions taking place on TheFitExpo Anaheim exhibit floor! Don’t forget to check out the FREE seminars, demonstrations and celebrity autograph sessions and grab all the FREE samples. Many of our exhibitors are offering great new products at discounted prices so be prepared for the shopping action.
We advise you not to purchase from unauthorized ticket sellers (scalpers outside of the Expo hall) or accept any coupons given nor sold to you onsite by any persons as these will not be accepted and will not be refunded. We are working closely with local police departments who will be on site and in the areas adjacent to the convention center. So please help us and report any scalpers you see or get approached by.
ALL ON-SITE TICKET PURCHASES ARE CASH ONLY. IN ADDITION, 10% CALIFORNIA SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO ONLINE AND ONSITE TICKET PURCHASES. ATMS WILL BE LOCATED NEAR BOX OFFICE.
TICKETS MAY BE PURCHASED AT THE DOOR OR ONLINE.
DIGITAL COUPONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR. ALL COUPONS MUST BE PRINTED OUT AND PRINTED COUPONS ARE VALID AT THE DOOR AFTER PROMO CODE EXPIRATION.

If the event is cancelled we will provide full refunds. Otherwise, our policy is as stated below:
All purchases are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, changed or transferred, even with a fee for any reason including but not limited to any change or cancellation of expo programming, events, celebrity appearances, weather or availability of parking. Once you make a purchase, your credit card will be charged for the amount shown, regardless of whether or not the purchased ticket(s) is/are used.
