Thanks for your interest in TheFitExpo Anaheim. Now in its 5th year, it has become one of the most effective (and cost effective) ways to reach the lucrative Orange County, California health and fitness markets.
As with all of our shows, the Anaheim Expo includes amazing fitness, physique, martial arts, and strength contests with attendees getting to watch figure, physique, bodybuilding, jiu jitsu, powerlifting, strongman, arm wrestling, weightlifting, functional fitness and calisthenics contests.
In addition, there will be demonstrations of new popular fitness trends like Spartan Racing, Ninja Warrior and Dodgeball; fitness fashion shows; a group exercise program featuring some of the most popular classes and top instructors; dozens of celebrity athlete appearances; and our popular “Healthy Eating Pavilion” featuring cooking demonstrations, recipe makeovers and plenty of sampling.
More importantly, the Expo will attract tens of thousands of knowledgeable and engaged fitness enthusiasts, as well as some influential industry professionals including personal trainers, group exercise instructors, gym owners and retail store buyers.
So whether you’re a start-up just launching your company or an established brand looking to grow your market share, don’t miss this unique opportunity to meet and network with all of them in one place, on one weekend!
All exhibit booths are 10’ x 10’ in size and exhibitors can purchase multiple booths in almost any configuration they desire. Each booth comes with a skirted 6 foot long table, 2 chairs, and a small waste basket.
All booth spaces are priced at $2,000 for the weekend.
We offer a “multi-show” discount of 5% if you exhibit at any 2 of our shows within a 12-month period, and it jumps to 10% if you exhibit at any 3 or all 4 of them.
And for those just starting out or on a limited budget, we also offer the opportunity to “share” a booth and cut the cost in half. If you’re interested in this option, simply email us and we’ll provide the details.
We require a deposit of 50% at the time you register with the balance due 60 days prior to the start of the Expo.
A live floor plan will soon be posted on the website showing which exhibit booths are still available (in blue) as well as where other companies and performance areas are located. It will give you the ability to select your top 3 choices for your booth location when submitting your Exhibitor Contract.
When you’re ready to sign up, simply download the Exhibitor Contract and email or fax it to us. Be sure to sign page one and initial the boxes on page two.
