Air Force Special Ops 100 REPS Challenge

We Need People Who Can Do This.

Contestant to complete the challenge in the shortest amount of time wins an Air Force Swag Bag. Proper form is required on all exercises; if you break form, you will be terminated from the challenge.

Air Force Special Ops 100 REPS Challenge:

  1. Bodyweight Squats = 40 REPS
  2. Sit ups = 30 REPS (Hands must be clasped behind head at all times. You may have someone hold your feet)
  3. Pushups = 20 REPS
  4. Pull ups = 10 REPS (Chin over bar, no kipping or swinging. You cannot let go of bar once you start)
