We Need People Who Can Do This.
Contestant to complete the challenge in the shortest amount of time wins an Air Force Swag Bag. Proper form is required on all exercises; if you break form, you will be terminated from the challenge.
Air Force Special Ops 100 REPS Challenge:
- Bodyweight Squats = 40 REPS
- Sit ups = 30 REPS (Hands must be clasped behind head at all times. You may have someone hold your feet)
- Pushups = 20 REPS
- Pull ups = 10 REPS (Chin over bar, no kipping or swinging. You cannot let go of bar once you start)
