If 2024 is the year you want to completely transform your life, you need to attend this seminar about personal reinvention, the connection between mental and physical health, and the resilience of the human spirit. 

Led by Raymond Braun, IRONMAN, Ultramarathoner, and 2x World Record-winning endurance athlete.

Three years ago, Raymond Braun had never run more than three miles and was struggling with debilitating Obsessive-compulsive disorder. In February 2023, he set two certified World Records as the first person to complete 7 Olympic Distance triathlons on all 7 continents – and he did it all in 7 consecutive days. In under 170 hours, Raymond swam, biked, and ran 226 miles, while traveling 25,000 miles around the world, sleeping on airplanes, and navigating diverse climates from -15°F (Antarctica) to 90°F (Cape Town).

In his seminar, Raymond will share his experience training and mentally preparing for challenges ranging from the 7-7-7 challenge to swimming from Asia to Europe and running a 100 mile ultramarathon. We’ll explore the connection between mental and physical health, the rise of the hybrid athlete, and offer a Q&A to discuss your own endurance and fitness training goals.
